About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Driver/ Luggage Porter to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by transporting guests around the property in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive our small electrical milk floats to transport guests around the property
  • Ensure guests have a great experience during their journey
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the transportation area
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or service-based industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Flexibility to work varying shift times, including evenings and weekends
