Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for assisting fee earners with a high-volume caseload of residential freehold/leasehold sales/purchases and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with property transactions from initial instruction through to completion
  • Liaise with vendors, solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, estate agents, and local authorities
  • Prepare letters, reports, and carry out general administration duties
  • Experience with Case Management systems and IT literacy are essential
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property work
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Salary dependent on experience plus bonus
