Exciting Opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales and lettings targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily call-outs to prospective clients
  • Register new clients and arrange viewings
  • Carry out viewings and obtain offers
  • Canvass and market properties to potential clients
  • Book valuations and obtain client testimonials
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and access to a car
  • Smart and professional appearance
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual
  • Experience as a negotiator in property sales and lettings
  • Computer literate and proficient in property software
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:45am - 4:00pm. One day off in lieu for working Saturday.
