Manpower UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our cutting-edge team in Product Development. As a key member of our global team, you will drive innovations in copper data communication cables, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps for copper data communication cables, ensuring rigorous testing and compliance with customer and international standards.
  • Conduct in-depth validation of product concepts through calculation, simulation, and hands-on testing.
  • Stay at the forefront of technology and industry standards, driving technology advancements and transforming concepts into high-performance solutions.
  • Lead and manage approval testing for copper cable systems, from prototype to production.
  • Analyse test results and produce detailed technical reports and presentations for cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's (or Master's) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of data transmission, structured cabling, and network analysers.
  • Proficient in electrical design tools and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab & JMP.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and implementing new products.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.
