Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our team at Realm Recruit. As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will play a key role in advising clients on a range of probate work, including wills disputes and Inheritance Act claims on behalf of high-net-worth and vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on probate work, including wills disputes and Inheritance Act claims
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including High Court and County Court
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support client claims
  • Prepare and submit court documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-7 years PQE
  • Experience in contentious probate work, including wills disputes and Inheritance Act claims
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
