About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at THE PIG – in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our Spa service, you will provide holistic massage and facial treatments to our guests, ensuring a bespoke and knowledge-driven experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments, including holistic massages and facials, to meet the needs of our discerning guests.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand guests' preferences and tailor treatments accordingly.
  • Collaborate with our Spa Reception and Management team to ensure seamless delivery of treatments and services.
  • Strive to increase Spa bookings and retail sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Support our housekeeping department in maintaining clean and tidy treatment rooms.
Requirements

We require a minimum Level 3 or above training in Holistic treatments. You should be confident in your abilities, well-presented, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in massage, body treatments, facials, and/or nail treatments is essential, along with a willingness to learn new skills.
