Territory Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings and providing feedback to clients
* Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure smooth referencing and tenancy processes
* Prepare inventories and conduct move-in/move-out inspections
* Meet new tenants at properties and conduct move-in showings
* Revisit properties during tenancies to check on condition and report any issues
* Discuss maintenance issues with tenants and liaise with property managers to resolve
* Perform post-appointment administration, including chasing feedback and updating software
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in property management or lettings is beneficial
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology
* Positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Industry qualifications, such as ARLA, are preferred but not essential
* Clean full UK driving licence

Working Hours:
