We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Fusion People Ltd. As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems, including repairs and replacements of pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform risk assessments to prevent waterborne illnesses.
- Repair and maintain mains water supply systems, including leak detection and repair.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Legionella Control (L8) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
