We are a dynamic and ambitious team, driven by a passion for biscuits and a desire to succeed. We are looking for a skilled Shop Assistant to join our team, who will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in our retail outlets.
- Assist with sales and inventory management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
- Operate cash handling systems and process customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and restocking shelves.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display of products.
- Participate in stock rotation and inventory management processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
