Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the Tameside region, where we provide outstanding homecare to several service users in the area. As a Healthcare Assistant with Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and compassionate care to our service users, building strong connections with them to create a nurturing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to service users with complex clinical needs, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
• Support clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care.
• Work collaboratively with our team of Registered Nurses to deliver tailored care plans and provide refresher training on clinical competencies.
• Contribute to the development of strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 3 months care experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our service users.
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rates, including:
• Weekdays - £13.00 per hour
• Weeknights - £13.50 per hour
• Weekends - £14.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday - £17.50 per hour
