We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers via email and telephone, utilizing a strong knowledge of electrical installations and systems.
  • Oversee technical maintenance and assist with repair operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Investigate and report on customer issues and feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Customer Services, Sales, and Production, to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and processes, utilizing technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Assist in the organization of samples, jigs, and components, ensuring efficient production and repair processes.
  • Maintain tooling and report any issues to supervisors, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • French language skills are an advantage.
