Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanning Specialist to join our team at Ortus PSR, a rapidly expanding independent financial services organisation. As a Paraplanning Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive suitability reports and letters within set deadlines.
  • Ensure all client work is compliant and well-documented, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform client recommendations, including comparative and technical research.
  • Engage in tax planning analysis and cashflow modelling to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial positions and goals, working closely with financial planners to gather necessary information.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to discuss client objectives and develop tailored solutions.
  • Respond to client queries with thorough investigations and accurate information, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Perform annual reviews in accordance with service level agreements, ensuring ongoing compliance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in paraplanning, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Level 4 Diploma in a relevant field, such as financial planning or paraplanning.
