Job Description

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Warehouse team at iForce. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective handling and dispatch of customer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling and dispatch of customer products.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock integrity and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s and reviews with colleagues to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained against activity as required under Site Operating Procedures.
  • Support the commercial objectives of the business through a process of continual review and improvement.
  • Carry out any other duties, which from time to time may be reasonably requested from the site management team.

Requirements:

  • A thorough understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of managing teams within a warehouse/production environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm, drive, and a can-do attitude.
  • PC Literate to a minimum of intermediate level in MS Office.
