Job Summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Chemist to join our client's team in the UK. As a key member of the laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of laboratory technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with chemical handling.
  • Accountable for the quality control of all raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory of laboratory chemicals and materials are available for final and in-process quality control.
  • Lead and support non-conforming product batch investigations and provide technical support to the operations department to achieve quality objectives.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely approval of products for shipment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
