Kingston Barnes Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a significant project in the Wimborne region.

This role is pivotal within a rapidly expanding organization, recognized for its innovative and market-leading offerings.

The successful candidate will manage a project valued between £20 million and £25 million, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards within the established timeline and budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and integrate the project framework for transition to internal teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all departments.
  • Manage customer relationships, both external and internal.
  • Ensure project-related information is consistently accessible.
  • Oversee cost management and reporting processes.
  • Provide updates directly to Senior Leadership or the Board.

Candidate Profile:
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven experience managing projects of similar scale.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Background in project initiation and setup.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in installation projects is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.

Compensation Package:
  • Salary range of £55,000 - £60,000.
  • Hybrid working options available (2 days remote).
  • Participation in a share option scheme.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
