We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a GWO Safety and Survival Instructor at Maersk Training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment programs in accordance with Global Wind Organisation (GWO) and other accredited standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assessment programs to delegates in a safe and controlled environment
  • Ensure all training is delivered in accordance with company procedures and industry standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering training programs in a similar industry
  • Hold a Level 3 award in education and training or equivalent
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations
