We are seeking a highly skilled CPCS Crane Supervisor to join our team at Joseph Gallagher Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our cranes and lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise crane operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular inspections of crane equipment to identify and report any defects or maintenance requirements
  • Develop and implement safe working procedures for crane operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of crane operations with other business activities
  • Provide training and guidance to crane operators and other team members

Requirements:

  • CPCS/CSCS NVQ in lifting operations or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in shaft sinking operations and crane supervision
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and company policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
