You will be selling a fantastic range of new and used vehicles, upselling products and ensuring the highest degree of customer service.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Meet the agreed sales targets for New & Used vehicles, including VAPs.
  2. Carry out accurate appraisals of every part exchange.
  3. Maintain showroom and used displays to the required brand standard.
  4. Prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities.
  5. Follow precisely and consistently the sales process.
  6. Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls.
  7. Introduce customers to Aftersales staff to ensure they are aware of the facilities and procedures through the effective use of a follow-up process.
  8. Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
  9. Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices, and key features of major competitors.
  10. Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation, and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
  11. Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration and take part fully in on and off-site promotions run by the department.
Requirements

Professionalism, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities, as is a full driving licence.
