About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our team at With Support Limited. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues with Windows 10 and 11 desktops, and providing basic Linux server support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Resolve issues with Windows 10 and 11 desktops
  • Provide basic Linux server support
  • Work from a ticketing system and accurately log all work
  • Prioritize ticket flow and escalate where necessary
  • Perform coding tasks in bash, batch, and Python
  • Maintain a good customer relationship for all support queries
Requirements
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently
  • Basic grasp of the Linux command line
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop
  • Ability to take direction and follow procedures
  • High motivation and ability to show initiative and results
