Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Investment Solutions Analyst to join our team at PIC. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate business transformations aimed at enhancing and driving the investment portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and comprehend business goals and current operational workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and effectively communicate their requirements in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Explore and recommend business solutions. Provide insights and contribute to innovative ideas and enhancement opportunities.
- Engage throughout the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to execution, assisting in project proposals, defining scope, and planning business analysis deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working directly with an Investments Front Office, adept at capturing new requests, swiftly grasping business needs, and translating them into clear requirements for other business areas.
- Knowledge of cross-asset products, particularly in Fixed Income and Derivatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and changes concurrently, as business priorities can shift rapidly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage internal stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes.
- A logical, analytical, and structured thinker, capable of quick learning and effective problem-solving.
