Hospitality Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Whitbread's Paignton Inn On The Quay Brewers Fayre. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Ensure the dining area, bar, and kitchen are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
• Provide training and support: Assist in training new team members and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
