POSITION: Extrusion Operative - Day Shifts
WORKING HOURS: Continental shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off. 6am-6pm - Permanent Position
PAY RATE: £13.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR EXTRUSION OPERATIVES:
  • Manage and package extrusion profile lines according to specified standards
  • Accurately package and load finished products
  • Ensure that the produced items meet visual, dimensional, and functional criteria
  • Confirm that the correct product is manufactured using the appropriate materials, along with proper product marking and labeling
  • Verify that all outgoing products adhere to required marking standards
  • Document all production metrics in the appropriate logs

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR EXTRUSION OPERATIVES:
  • Experience as an Extrusion Operator is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient numeracy and literacy skills
  • Practical problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to maintain pace in a high-output production setting
  • Background in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working extended shifts while on your feet
