Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Timeplan Education is recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary SEND School in Ealing. The successful candidate will work as a Therapeutic Learning Support Assistant, supporting pupils with Anxiety, Depression, SEMH, and high-functioning Autism.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and develop therapeutic relationships
  • Engage and support pupils' learning, promoting inclusion and maximising achievement
  • Understand therapy goals and aims, and work collaboratively with the team
Benefits:
  • Free SEND workshop and Team Teach Level 1 Training
  • Excellent rates of pay and a permanent contract opportunity
  • Full-time position with a 5-day week and 12-39 week contract
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience in supporting children or young adults with SEND needs
  • Able to de-escalate and support emotional regulation
  • Valid DBS registration or willingness to apply
