### Job Description

As a Senior People professional, the People Business Leader is expected to be largely self-managing and work autonomously to develop robust relationships within Directorates to influence, challenge and support service delivery and development of people strategies. This includes providing leadership on all People-related activities, working in partnership with Trust Managers and Directors to provide professional customer-focused people advice, coaching and solutions that support the needs of the business.

### Key Responsibilities

* Liaise closely with the wider WOD function to ensure partners are appraised of people agenda priorities within the Directorates they support.
* Promote a culture of engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion within business areas.
* Develop and implement people strategies that support the needs of the business.

### What You'll Need

* Strong leadership and management skills.
