Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and young people with SEND and will be responsible for leading teaching and learning, curriculum development, and assessment across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning, curriculum development, and assessment across the school
• Work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to develop and implement school policies and procedures
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies

Requirements
