About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Achieve together. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting independence and well-being
  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare or social care, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and teams
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of individuals
