About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the LMP Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our training programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our training programs, including learner portfolios and lesson observations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to tutors to improve their teaching practices and ensure learner success.
  • Assist in the management of Awarding Organisations to maintain Direct Claim Status (DCS) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Instill a culture of quality across all divisions and ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the creation of SARs and monitoring of QIPs to ensure continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
Requirements
  • Hold a qualification in Internal Quality Assurance and Assessing.
  • Have a track record of practicing Internal Quality Assurance to raise standards on provision.
  • Experience in onboarding, inducting, training, and mentoring delivery staff.
