Family Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our growing Family Law team at Law Staff Limited. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private family law matters, providing expert advice, and contributing to the development and marketing of our Family department.

• Case Management: Manage a full caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, and Children Act matters.
• Supervision and Guidance: Offer guidance and supervision to junior team members to ensure high-quality service and professional development.
• Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, and complex financial cases.
• Business Development: Contribute to the development and marketing of the Family department, helping to expand our client base and services.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, counsel, and other professionals involved in family law matters.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Family law, with experience in privately funded matters.
• Caseload Management: Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Supervision: Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
• Business Development: A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the Family department.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
