Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a leading contractor, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse project in Liverpool, consisting of new builds and refurbishment of live environments. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage resources and enforce safety protocols to create a safe and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working for Main Contractors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
