About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Legal Southwest. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for conducting a caseload of files for clients, including divorce, financial remedy, and private law children act cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a caseload of files for clients, including divorce, financial remedy, and private law children act cases.
  • Provide effective legal advice to individuals and businesses across the Southwest region and the wider UK.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure that clients are aware of their rights and options.
Requirements
  • Drive and energy, with a strong desire to put the client and quality of service first.
  • Able to work under supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Experience with computerised case management systems.
