Warehouse Operative Job Description

Orion Group is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team for a 3-month temporary contract based in Invergordon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently stow and de-stow palletized goods in a racked warehouse environment
  • Operate forklifts to transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload Trailer Locked Vehicles (TLVs) with precision and care
  • Perform barcoding tasks to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Ensure warehouse doors are securely opened and closed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license (essential)
  • Forklift truck experience (desirable)
  • Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of mechanical handling equipment (desirable)
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm
