Company Overview: Our client operates as the UK division of a global field marketing and retail services firm, specializing in delivering premium projects for high-end luxury brands.

Position Overview: In light of their ambitious expansion plans, they are looking to appoint a Production Manager who will be responsible for managing all facets of the production workflow, both in-house and with external partners. This role will be based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and organizing intricate work schedules and installation timelines.
  • Managing project finances, including budget oversight, generating quotations, responding to bids, and negotiating costs.
  • Coordinating site activities and liaising with suppliers, freelancers, subcontractors, event personnel, and team members.
  • Preparing health and safety documentation.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, including conducting risk assessments and creating method statements (RAMS).
  • Maintaining and reporting on statistical data, KPIs, project management tools, procedures, databases, and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead on-site teams, suppliers, and clients effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential challenges while managing client expectations.
  • Experience in bespoke production, including windows, pop-ups, events, and exhibitions.
  • Knowledge of on-site health and safety protocols and risk assessment procedures.
  • Proficient IT skills with an understanding of technical drawings and plans.
  • Competent in both Mathematics and English.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 based on experience. Additional benefits include 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a company pension scheme, and discounts at various high street retailers.
