NPI Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Technologist to join our Product Development Team at Pilgrims Europe.

As an NPI Technologist, you will be responsible for managing the factory side of the NPD process from technical product handover through to post-launch reviews across all areas of the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Development Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and launch processes
• Managing technical product handovers and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinating post-launch reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and experience in product development and launch processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
