About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Technician to join our team as a RAC Mobile Mechanic. As a RAC Mobile Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers in their homes or workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform car services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers' homes or workplaces
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and industry standards

Requirements
  • A level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Practical working experience in the motor trade working with different types of light vehicles
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence with less than 6 points
