The successful candidate will lead the distribution centre, managing and motivating a team to ensure seamless operations. With a focus on continuous improvement, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, retail sector knowledge, and excellent operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and develop a high-performing distribution team
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage team performance, providing coaching and enforcing consistent delivery of REACH principles
  • Investigate customer complaints and present learnings to the team
  • Monitor and assess team member performance, enforcing health, safety, and security procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse management experience in the retail sector
  • Excellent operational knowledge and understanding of customer trends and needs
  • Ability to provide budgetary and financial controls, managing business through KPIs
  • Competent in developing, reviewing, and reporting budgets, achieving profit targets
Package:

c.£55k + up to 20% bonus
