Job Overview

NASC - National Access and Scaffolding Confederation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage a team ensuring compliance with key industry standards and NASC criteria.

This unique role will cover areas ranging from certifications, audit processes, and compliance to safeguard NASC's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes
  • Manage the NASC audit processes, including the Common Assessment standard, NASC Approved Products, and CISRS training centers
  • Conduct internal and external audits and provide training and guidance to the compliance team
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate audits and ensure continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality management and auditing, ideally within the construction or scaffolding industry
  • Hands-on experience of ISO standards and ability to lead a compliance and audit team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative nature and ability to produce high-quality work
