  • Compiling daily reports related to replenishment activities and utilizing these reports to place orders with suppliers as necessary.
  • Addressing information requests from the sales and customer care teams, including Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs), Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and product availability.
  • Inputting data into company systems, which encompasses order processing, updating product information, and following up on overdue orders from suppliers.

  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Coordinator.
