Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled M&E / HVAC Engineer (Facilities) to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the mechanical and electrical systems within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E / HVAC Engineer (Facilities) in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
