Senior Digital Analyst Leicester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analyst to join our team in Leicester. As a Senior Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital data-led best practice and generating greater personalisation for our customers.

About the Role:

You will be part of a team focused on digital customer journey analysis and optimisation, helping to develop new product features & functionalities. You will have strong experience across GA4, SQL/bigQuery and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve digital customer experience
  • Analyse and interpret large data sets to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation programmes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital analytics tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in GA4, SQL/bigQuery and A/B testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
