Role Overview:

This position is accountable for the secure execution of a range of simultaneous projects across various Integral UK Ltd sites. The role demands adherence to Integral & Rolls Royce's benchmarks concerning health, safety, quality, cost, and schedule, while fulfilling obligations as a Principal Contractor under current CDM regulations. Compliance with MS18 and CS06 standards is essential. A background in a relevant trade such as mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, or roofing is required.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of projects valued between £50k to £15m across multiple sites. Ensure project management aligns with the NEC3 Framework Contract and that projects are completed within the established timeline. Provide leadership in health and safety to site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a culture of safety and compliance with company policies. Support the project risk management process, establishing effective controls for safe and timely project delivery. Take an active role in developing and managing quotations and estimates. Cultivate and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to uphold and enhance the company's reputation. Offer coaching, mentoring, and development support to team members and trainees. Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure practical and economically viable designs are created. Identify and support project opportunities to enhance commercial performance. Coordinate with project managers to ensure compliance with MS18, CS06, and the current delivery schedule and budget. Strengthen contract delivery to uphold the highest quality standards in line with project timelines, adhering to relevant British Standards and Rolls Royce Standards. Ensure projects are finalized without defects or outstanding issues. Guarantee that post-completion deliverables, such as final accounts and Operation & Maintenance documentation, are provided within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or building services sector (essential). Familiarity with managing projects in occupied buildings or campuses (essential). Proficient in NEC3 Contracts (essential). Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures across multiple sites (essential). Experience in preparing quotations and estimates (essential). Ability to understand customer business needs effectively (essential). Relevant construction qualification such as City & Guilds/NVQ (essential). Certifications such as SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, and First Aid (essential). Competent in using IT software including MS Office and quality assurance tools (essential). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (essential). Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines (essential). Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving (essential). Commitment to delivering high-quality service with reliability and flexibility (essential).
