  • Serving Customers: Provide a high level of service to customers on our busy trade counter, ensuring a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
  • Customer Service: Answer customer telephone calls, manage customer payments, and ensure all internal systems are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer support and guidance to customers, having sufficient product knowledge to discuss product options with the customer.
  • Development of Sales: Develop sales to help reach company growth targets.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the business.
  • Cover in Other Branches: Occasionally cover in other branches for holiday/sickness cover.
