About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of professional-level employees and coordinating the support and configuration of our Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the support and configuration of the LIS, ensuring seamless integration with our laboratory systems.
- Develop and communicate plans and priorities to meet team performance and results requirements.
- Establish team processes, goals, and procedures, and track performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports.
- Collaborate with business leaders, end-users, and other IT departments to develop and provide appropriate support strategies for regional and global business LIS applications.
- Provide technical support, consulting, and system-related analysis to project teams, customers, and business leaders.
- Interact with software vendors, infrastructure services, and applications development to restore service and correct core problems.
- Communicate IT issues to business units at various levels of seniority.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of internal, external, and off-the-shelf LIS business applications with all IT and business groups.
- Coordinate with internal and external service providers in incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or business-related fields preferred.
- Prior Central Laboratory/Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred.
- Prior LIS IT experience preferred.
