Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our Property and HNW team as a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high value and complex domestic losses throughout the Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge, and Peterborough regions. You will work from a home base, providing a hands-on, bespoke service to clients, and will be responsible for the life-cycle of the claim through to settlement.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading insurer, with a fantastic benefits package. As a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of high value and complex domestic losses
- Providing a hands-on, bespoke service to clients
- Working from a home base
- Managing the life-cycle of the claim through to settlement
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience dealing with losses over £100,000 for domestic and HNW losses
- An excellent knowledge of technical, building, and legal principles
- A proven track record of dealing with cases of high value and complexity
- A minimum qualification of CertCII
- A strong desire to progress further in your career
