Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service and Maintenance Technician to join our team at JRM Recruitment. As a Gas Service and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine service and maintenance tasks on a variety of gas appliances and systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including electronic and manual documentation.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and COSHH records.
  • Manage stock levels and ordering to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements and Attributes
  • Hold relevant gas qualifications, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1.
  • Be available for out-of-hours work, including evenings and weekends, on a rota basis.
  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Undergo thorough background checks and reference checks prior to commencement.
