Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Bath. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage shop operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
- Build strong relationships with local community groups and stakeholders to promote the shop and its activities
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
