- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the school's overall SEN strategy.
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a relevant field is necessary.
- Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN environment, is required.
- Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Patience, empathy, and a sincere passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to address the needs of the school and students.
