NJR Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Account Handler to join our team. As a Senior Corporate Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a portfolio of key corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive insurance solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailored to client requirements, and negotiate with insurers to obtain competitive terms and conditions for clients.
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth, collaborating with colleagues to support the overall success and growth of the brokerage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Account Handler within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with proficiency in using Acturis.
