The project involves a large, high-end country estate in Surrey, with a budget of circa £50m. The estate features a grade II listed main building, a multilevel basement, spa, and leisure facilities. The project requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience in managing complex, high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project budget and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress

Requirements

  • UK Quantity Surveying qualification
  • Proven experience in super prime residential projects
