Job Overview

The successful Market Access Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to secure market access for our products within the NHS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior NHS decision-makers to influence strategy and secure formulary inclusions.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within the NHS, including bulk purchasing deals.
  • Provide clinical education and training to customers to promote our products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of market access strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wound care sales, with a strong track record of success in influencing senior NHS decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
