Contract: 6-month fixed-term, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Kier Group, overseeing daily operations across various projects in the Ipswich region. Your focus will be on managing performance, promoting best practices through coaching, and ensuring that safety remains a top priority for your team.

You will collaborate closely with Programme Managers and Schedulers to effectively organize and manage field resources, driving efficiency and productivity to meet project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and achieving targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, and output.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Coordinating the daily organization and planning of labor and resources to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and addressing any quality issues that may arise.
  • Participating in site meetings with clients to mitigate costs and risks.
  • Providing support to the metering management team.

Qualifications:

This position is ideal for candidates who possess:

  • Experience in the water sector.
  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, or SSSTS certifications.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and the Traffic Management Act.
